Since 2000, Rosario Sultana and his wife Francesca Mauceri have relaunched the winery with new vineyards of Syrah, Moscato, Grillo, and Sangiovese, and the construction of two wineries: one in the Burgio district for winemaking, storage, and bottling, and the other in the Triona district, dedicated to tastings and direct sales. The fifth generation of the family, represented by brothers Corrado, Giuseppe, and Giovanni Paolo, passionately continues this legacy, enhancing the unique characteristics of the terroir. Tradition and innovation are based on the balance between nature and human intervention, through organic farming practices, manual grape harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and limited use of sulfites.
