Those who choose Aruci products, choose more than a simple typical Sicilian product, they choose the courage of those who today defend tradition, of those who value the quality of zero-mile ingredients, of those who cook to transform sesame, almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts, into authentic sweets, into unique creations. From a lovingly handed down recipe, Giovanni and Melissa Puglisi's challenge is born: to combine tradition and innovation by carrying forward a modern way of doing business.

It was born from the idea of wanting to share and let people touch our small reality. It is a program aimed at the dissemination and valorization of typical and traditional products through guided tours in our production area and targeted tastings preceded by Cooking-show or Cooking-class. The story of Aruci will be told and the close synergy with the territory fundamental in the selection of ingredients that give our products a unique flavor.
