The winery, harmoniously included in the landscape of Chiaramonte, rapresents the realization of Gulfi’s dream.
The structure, built between 2007 and 2011, collects and vinifies the grapes from the different production areas, ensuring the naturalness in the bottle through a non - invasive vinification. This is the last stage of a process that eliminates any forcing, which even excludes the irrigation of vineyards, which accepts a low yield per hectare favoring the healthiness of the fruit.
