A passion for aromatic plants has inspired our long search for the best essences among the golden sandy beaches of the Val di Noto and the limestone canyons of the Iblei Mountains. A search that began on the promontory of Eloro, observing the flashes of different fragrances and aromas given by the changing seasons and even the changing weather.
This research led us to select thyme "Satra", wild asparagus and bitter oranges as the undisputed protagonists of our bitter.
Elorì is born from a mixture of their infusions with a mix of spices, and the addition of memories of endless walks, determination in continuous experimentation and love for our territory.
