My company's project began in 2017, made up of study, passion, dedication, but above all of great love for the vineyard, for ancient traditions, for respect for the land and its natural balance. The story, which involves five generations linked to viticulture and wine production, begins in Pachino, a place where the culture of grape cultivation is an ancient art. The vineyards are planted in bush and the nature of the land predisposes them to the production of wine in a natural way. I have respect for biodiversity and the lunar calendar helps me choose the right time for work that is still done by hand.
We organize tastings in the countryside in a small typical Sicilian farmhouse surrounded by the Nero d'Avola vineyard.
The tasting is accompanied by "seasoned bread" made with our Russello wheat flour, our Turi Oil and oregano.
The wines to be tasted are the "TURI ROSSO" from Nero d'Avola and Pignatello grapes; the "TURI BIANCO" from Catarratto grapes; the "TURI ROSATO" from Syrah grapes; a "1993" Moscato fortified wine from Moscato di Noto grapes of that year; the "VERMOUTH TURI" Red Vermouth from TURI BIANCO wine and all the "Sicily that can fit in a bottle".
