Our Company is located in the chain of the mounts Iblei in the south-eastern part of Sicily. At an altitude between 380 and 500 meters above sea level, generous cultures of Mediterranean plants extend for thirty hectares. Almond groves, carob groves and citrus groves surrounded by woods and pine forests are the masters in this bucolic landscape characterised by prehistoric canyons, formed with the passage of rivers over the millennia. Its altitude and proximity to the sea favours an ideal micro climate for the spontaneous growth of many types of plants and aromatic herbs. Thanks also to the earthly acidity over the years it has been possible to implement a common juniper plantation. This characterises our products creating a bond to our territory.
